TERMS: A deposit of Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) dollars by cashier’s check will be required at the time and place of sale. The balance of the purchase price shall be due at settlement which shall be within forty-five (45) days from date of sale. If purchaser fails to go to settlement, the deposit shall be forfeited. The successful bidder will be required to sign a contract of sale containing the following terms: Buyer shall pay all recordation, transfer taxes and Agricultural Transfer Tax, title examination, title insurance (if required) and all attorney or settlement fees.
The property is sold in “AS IS” condition WITHOUT WARRANTIES of any kind by either the Seller or the Auctioneer.
